What We Do

R & W Builder’s Inc. is committed to the success of every project.  We will provide a detailed site assessment identifying existing conditions.  Our estimates are based on preliminary design and scope of work.  Once they are reviewed and finalized by the client, an updated and final cost proposal will be completed.  We use a value engineering method of evaluating a project’s scope designed to maximize the value of each dollar throughout the project.  We will identify long-lead items and make sure that all project deadlines are met.  A project schedule to include all pertinent dates will be established.  We realize project coordination is essential and therefore we have meetings throughout the project with the owner and also with our subcontractors to minimize potential challenges.
