Welcome to R & W Builders Inc.

R & W Builder’s Inc. is based near Scott Air Force Base in southern Illinois. Our firm is a women-owned, 8(a) firm specializing in General Contracting and Construction Management. We were formed in May of 2003 working in the residential and home remodeling area. R & W has since grown into a full service multi-million dollar construction company with projects nationwide. We have had multiple contracts with several government agencies including Army Reserve, Air Force and Navy.

Our project managers and superintendent each have over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. With their combined knowledge and strengths, we are capable of meeting the demanding challenges of each unique project. R & W Builder’s greatest strength is our commitment to provide our clients with a project on time and within budget.

Safety is first and foremost on all our projects. Our Safety Officer has over 15 years of Construction Safety. He is experienced in hazardous materials as well as OSHA & AHERA training, and has written and developed health and safety programs tailored to fit each of our projects. Safety meetings are scheduled weekly along with daily site visits.
